Manage report access for a role

  • As an administrator or recruiting manager, you assign the reports that a role can access.
  • The reports you assigned appear on a role's My Reports page.
  • From the navigation bar, click Administration>Manage Report Access.

    The Manage Report Access page opens.

  • From the Manager Report Access by list, click Role.
  • Select a role.
  • Click (check) the reports the role can access.
  • Click Save.
