Assign a reporting tier to a user

  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>User Accounts.

    The User Accounts page opens.

  2. (If applicable) Filter to limit search results.

  3. In the results list, click (check) a user.

    1. Tip: To assign a reporting tier to multiple users, click the check box beside each user. To assign to all users listed, click the check box in the heading column.

  4. From the Take action list, click Add Reporting Tier and click .

    The Assign Reporting Tier page opens.

  5. Select a reporting tier.

    1. Tip: If you do not want a user to have access to analytics, select No Report Access.

  6. Click Continue.
