Analytics comes with standard reports. The following table lists standard reports, their descriptions, and available filters.

Note: The reports that your system administrator assigns to your user role determines the reports you can access. You might not have access to all the reports shown below.

Candidate OFCCP/Affirmative Action EEO Data Extraction

Provides an extraction of raw candidate EEO data for candidates who entered the system from January 1, 2007 onward.

The report outputs a single row for each candidate who is currently associated with a job where the job was closed within the user-defined hired date range (if a date range is applied).

The closed date is based on the last date any candidate was moved into the Hired stage for the specified job.

Tip: The report excludes any candidate who is not currently associated with a job.

Provides a statistical analysis of candidate Veteran information. The Vets-100 report is provided by OFCCP-compliant employers for new hires and existing employees. Our version accommodates only new hire data. The report provides counts for candidates who entered the system from January 1, 2007 onward and were moved into the Hired stage during the specified date range. To be included in the report, the candidate must be in the hired stage at the time the report is run.

OFCCP-AAP Job Group Totals

Provides federal contractors with the totals for applicants, job openings, hires, and jobs filled per AAP Job Group. The job posted date filter returns jobs that have a posted date value within the user-defined date range (if provided). The total resume count number and resume hire count number (which is the number of candidates moved into the hired stage) are totaled separately. The job hires count represents the number of jobs where at least one candidate was moved into the hired stage and the position is closed.

This is an OFCCP version of the Hiree Report. It includes information collected from the pre-offer and post-offer OFCCP Disability & Veteran Status information.

OFCCP Hiree Export Report (Alternate Version)

This is an OFCCP alternate version of the Hiree Export report designed for execution over longer date ranges.

Tip: Because the Hiree Export contains many data columns, it can only be run for a maximum of two weeks of data. This alternate version can support up to 12 months of data and is run off an alternate (non-production) data source that is populated on a nightly basis. This means the report does not contain the current day's hired information.

If a hired date range is applied to this report, the system searches for jobs with a resume closed date within that hired date range and has candidates who were moved into the hired stage.

Stage Duration

Provides information about the average time candidates reside in each hiring stage. The report considers any candidate associated to any job that was posted during the user-defined date range (if provided). It then looks at all of those candidates and determines how long each candidate resided in each stage.

Report is divided into multiple tables:

Stage Duration:

  • Shows average number of days candidates resided in each stage during the date range you selected and based on filters you selected.
  • Job Posted Start Date field is required. If you do not select a date for the Job Posted End Date field, 12 months from the start date is used. Twelve months is also the maximum date range for report results.
  • Results are sorted by sequence of the hiring stages.
