Custom Analytics data and dimensions
Custom Analytics provides access to a wide range of data through the Explore tool. This topic highlights the key data categories and dimensions available for building custom reports. Every organization's reporting needs are unique — use this as a guide to discover what data is available and how it can support your team's goals.
All data described below is available in the Resumes Explore under Custom Analytics. For instructions on building a report, see Create a custom report with Explore.
AI Outreach analytics
Track ROSI AI Outreach activity directly in Custom Analytics. These dimensions and measures surface email draft and sent email data — including who drafted, who sent, when, and how many unique candidates were reached.

- CC — CC recipients on the draft.
- Subject — The subject line of the outreach email draft.
- Created Date / Updated Date — When the draft was created or last modified.
- Created By / Updated By — The user who created or last updated the draft.
- Total Drafts (measure) — Count of all outreach email drafts.
- Unique Candidates (measure) — Count of distinct candidates with outreach drafts.
AI Outreach Email Sent
- BCC — BCC recipients on the sent email.
- CC — CC recipients on the sent email.

A pre-built AI Outreach Analytics dashboard is also available, providing at-a-glance outreach KPIs including total drafts, total sent, unique candidate reach, and user attribution.
Note: ROSI AI Outreach must be enabled on your site for outreach data to appear. AI Outreach analytics data is available from Recruit 2026.8 forward.
Note: The AI Outreach Email Draft and Email Sent views are temporarily hidden from the Explore UI while a data accuracy issue is being resolved. The pre-built AI Outreach Analytics dashboard remains available and functional. The views will be re-enabled in a future update.
Indeed Source Path
New dimensions under the Additional Sources group in the Resumes Explore show exactly which Indeed products (Sponsored Jobs, Smart Sourcing, Autosourcer, Hiring Events) drove each candidate application.
- Additional Source (Individual) — Each source in the path displayed individually (for example, "Indeed_Sponsored_Jobs", "Indeed_Apply", "Indeed_Smart_Sourcing", "Indeed_Autosourcer", "Indeed_Hiring_Events").
- Additional Source Path (Full) — Comma-delimited full path showing the complete attribution chain (for example, "Indeed_Sponsored_Jobs, Indeed_Apply").
- Additional Source Sequence — Numeric order of each source in the chain.
This data also appears on the Candidate Resume Profile (CRP) in the Insights section. See Indeed source path for more information.
Note: Indeed Source Path applies to new applications from Recruit 2026.9 forward only. Existing Indeed applications are not retroactively enriched. The field only appears when the candidate's source is Indeed.com and attribution data exists.
